Poco C65: The Best Phone Under $200

The Poco C65, the successor to the Poco C55, has been released, with an improved 90Hz refresh rate screen, better cameras, and faster charging capabilities.

The display of the phone is a 6.74-inch IPS LCD with a resolution of 1600 x 720 pixels and a maximum brightness of 600 nits. TUV-certified for low blue light emissions, this display also offers DC dimming. The Poco C65 has two unlock options: a side-mounted capacitive fingerprint scanner or face recognition via the selfie camera. It also contains a 3.5mm headphone jack.

The Poco C65, like its predecessor, is powered by a 12nm MediaTek Helio G85 chipset. It does, however, offer 6 GB and 8 GB RAM variants.

The front camera has been upgraded from 5 MP to 8 MP and now includes a soft light ring to generate natural lighting effects even in low-light circumstances. The phone's back panel houses a 50MP primary camera with an f/1.8 aperture and a 2MP macro camera with an f/2.4 aperture.

The phone has a 5,000 mAh battery that allows 18W charging, yet the box only includes a 10W charger. The switch to a USB-C connector is a huge upgrade over the Poco C55.

The phone is available in black, blue, or purple and comes in either a 6/128 GB or an 8/256 GB model. Pricing and availability details are still being worked out, but given its C-series designation, it is expected to be quite affordable, maybe priced around $100 or even lower.
